Edit an object and hit cancel. This should release the lock on the content item. It doesn't. Appears to be a lock naming mismatch somewhere.

We need to check all sorts of variants of opening, saving and or cancelling objects from tree and objectadmin to make sure this annoying bug is resolved. Please list in comments specific steps to generate a locking issue.
