I get a permissions error message when trying to create new navigation in the "Site" tab when on Railo.
If I click "home" and choose to create a new navigation object I get the following error:
"You do not have permission to edit this object "

Cannot create navigation on Railo
FC-1459. Further references to query() in cfscript have been fixed.
