If you were logged in you would be able to see more operations.

Now that the application scope can only be updated by a system administrator the installer doesn't update the application scope correctly after install.
To replicate: Install FarCry 5, click View Site. Although the application scope most likely caches for the first time (due to it not likely being loaded anyway), the user will receive an error that they cannot update the application scope because they are not an admin.
